【 Product Overview 】

This product is a water-based epoxy resin curing agent with excellent performance and wide versatility. It can dry quickly at room temperature or be forced to dry; Due to its fast curing speed and good corrosion resistance, it is particularly suitable for coatings used on metal substrates. A water-based coating used for two-component room temperature or forced drying, with excellent anti-corrosion performance on metal substrates.

【Application advantages 】

1、This product has good compatibility with various powders and water-based epoxy resin systems;

2、Quick drying curing agent for water-based metal anti-corrosion coatings;

3、Quick drying, with excellent water and salt spray resistance;

4、Used for two-component water-based coatings at room temperature or forced drying, with excellent anti-corrosion performance on metal substrates;

5、Specially suitable as an excellent anti-corrosion primer for various inorganic and metal surfaces, as well as decorative systems for metal substrates.

【 Usage suggestions 】

Wetting dispersants, pigments and fillers can be pre mixed with this product. It is recommended to stir the product evenly when adding powder. The specific amount and process of addition depend on the specific production formula and process to achieve the desired effect, but the temperature of the system must be less than 40 ℃;

This product can be used in conjunction with various water-based epoxy dispersions, and can harden at room temperature or be forcibly cured. It has good adhesion to the surface of various inorganic materials;

To avoid unstable storage of diluted products, the effective fraction should not be diluted to below 20%;

The coating with the added curing agent must be used up within the applicable period, and the end user should confirm the product's applicable period based on the type and construction temperature of the product and supporting resin;

Low temperature (<5 ℃) storage may cause turbidity and possible icing. Once turbidity or disease occurs, please heat to around 30 ℃ until completely dissolved and shaken before use. This treatment does not affect the product's performance.

50/150/1000 kg/pack;

After use, it should be sealed to prevent foreign objects from entering or the loss of effective ingredients. It should be placed in an environment with a temperature of 5-35 ℃, in a dark and cool place, away from light and freezing, etc;

Shelf life:<12 months.

To prevent the release of harmful substances, drying under conditions>60 ℃ should be avoided;

Under conditions of>35 ℃ and content<20%, it can lead to unstable product storage, and this condition should be avoided;

Within the applicable period, the gloss of the final coating is not affected by dilution or storage time;
