【 Product Overview 】
This product is a water-based damping sound insulation coating specially developed for the automotive industry to reduce the noise and vibration of the car body (due to structural vibration). It is composed of polyacrylate lotion, filler, etc. synthesized from a variety of acrylates and special monomers. The sound blocking principle of this type of product starts from preventing the source of noise, using the characteristics of polymer materials to improve the integration and sealing between components, absorb and disperse the vibration energy of the car, and thus achieve the purpose of silence.

【Application advantages 】

【 Usage suggestions 】
Specially recommended for liquid sprayable damping and sound insulation coatings on automobiles;
Do not come into contact with cations, multivalent metal ions, or other destabilizing substances during storage
Recommended coating amount: 3.5-4.5 kg/m ²
Use a high-pressure pump with a minimum compression ratio of 50:1. At the same time, the application materials will be heated to 30-40 ℃,depending on the application
equipment and the required output.
The applied coating method is robot intelligent horizontal flow spraying, which can achieve flexible production and is particularly suitable for use in spatial curved structures。
The material is physically dried at a temperature of 125-170 ° C, resulting in a hard elastic and excellent acoustic damping properties after construction.
