On December 27, 2021, Bona Company held an annual work summary meeting attended by department heads, summarizing the work for the whole year of 2021 and emphasizing the deployment of key work plans and tasks for 2022. General Manager Jin Shouquan presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, department heads summarized the work content for 2021 in the form of PPTs based on their respective responsibilities and tasks, mainly reporting on three aspects: overview of work content, shortcomings, and next year's work plan. A concise summary of the work content for 2021 was made, and the shortcomings in the work were carefully identified. The reasons for incomplete work were analyzed in depth, and the work ideas for the coming year were proposed.
After the meeting, Mr. Jin fully affirmed the work achievements of each department in 2021 and pointed out the problems that exist in their work. He demanded that all departments should fulfill their duties and responsibilities, based on problems and work goals, adjust their work ideas in a timely manner, pay attention to details, implement measures, and fully promote the smooth completion of annual target tasks. He emphasized that in 2022, the key focus should be on several aspects of work: first, to fully grasp the progress of equipment installation, ensure that valve installation and weak current cable work are completed by the end of January, and have trial production by the end of May; The second is to ensure sufficient personnel for each position, and to do a good job in personnel recruitment, training, logistics and other related work; Thirdly, we will strengthen safety and environmental protection work to ensure the achievement of annual production targets; The fourth is to improve the company's team culture and standardize the construction of non-public party building.
